These terms govern your use of this website. They apply to Carbon Strategic Management Group Ltd ("CSMG", "we", "us"). CSMG is the trading name we use in day-to-day business. They do not form part of any contract for work we carry out for you.

Contracts and quotations
Submitting an enquiry through this website does not create a contract. If you ask us to quote for work, we will issue separate quotation or contract terms before any job is confirmed. Those documents govern payment, cancellations, refunds, warranties and everything specific to that service. They take precedence over anything on this page.
Using this website
The content of this site is provided for general information about our services. We take care to keep it accurate but do not warrant that it is complete or current, and nothing here forms an offer or a quotation. Figures such as typical payback periods, warranty lengths and property value uplifts are indicative and depend on your specific site, usage and the products selected.

Acceptable use
You must not misuse this website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malware, scraping content without permission, or submitting false, offensive or unlawful material through our contact form.

Energy comparison services
Where we compare energy tariffs on your behalf we act as an intermediary. We review the market available to us and recommend what we believe to be the most suitable option for your consumption profile. We may hold and process supply contract details on your behalf as part of arranging a switch. The supply contract itself is between you and the chosen supplier and is subject to that supplier's own terms. We may receive a commission from the supplier when a contract completes; this is how the comparison service is provided at no direct cost to you, and we will tell you about it if you ask.
Finance
Where you choose to explore funding, finance is arranged through specialist third-party finance providers. Finance is always optional. Any credit agreement is between you and that provider and is subject to their terms, status and affordability checks. Nothing on this site constitutes financial advice or a recommendation to enter a particular credit agreement.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or anticipated savings, arising from use of this website.
Intellectual property
The content, design and branding of this site belong to CSMG or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law
